C: Nipout is not guaranteed if purchased in a 1-month supply. Our guarantee applies to our Nipout 3-6 month Value Systems. If after 90-180 days you have not obtained the results you desire, you will be sent the Nipout free of charge. If you do not e-mail the customer service department before the 30th of each month, the guarantee will be voided. The free product guarantee is limited to 6 months. After 6 months you will no longer be able to receive free products.

Cancellations:
Due to our processing system, we are unable to cancel orders. At this point, we can only accept exchanges. Please be sure you want what you've ordered.
All packages are usually shipped within 48 hours. If this is a USA shipment you should be expecting your package within 5-10 business days by USPS. International packages are shipped by USPS & can take up to 8-25 days to receive. Please also be aware Nipout is a high demand product line; backorders can accrue without notice.
